I’m currently brainstorming my ideas for my new studio apartment that I move into this weekend (for my current apartment design plans, see here and here), and all I keep thinking is how annoyed I am that my mother sold her awesome old vintage teal typewriter (like the one below), because that would have made a badass centerpiece for my office nook.

I did find a pretty awesome owl figurine thing at Marshalls though. They had six of them in various colors on Friday, and tonight they only had two. I guess I’m not the only owl fan (actually, they’re freaking everywhere. I liked them first, though. haha)
